Thank you for making the decision to become a Buying Exchange Vendor. In order to process your application we need to know about your products and services.

All information is completely confidential and is only used for our records. We do not sell or provide your information to any third parties.

In order to list a vendor, the following terms and conditions must be met:

• Vendor must send a letter stating the discount being offered. This discount should be at a level our members would not be able to reach independently.
• Vendor must complete the Vendor Profile above and return it to us along with price lists, brochures and/or other product information.
